Oh gosh! I just had a wonderful idea for the December meetup if we have one! What about an ice skating rink! The pictures would be cute and the one I have in mind has Faygo on the tap! I just think it would be so cute. And we could do some sort of Secret Santa!

We will meet in front of the building. The meetup will take place during a small local convention and it will cost $5 to get in. It is free parking,however. Info on it can be found here,http://knoxvillecomicanimecon.com/. Please do not be put off by the lame html work and shoddy ‘con photos’, it was actually very fun last year. Besides the locations and times ,the site has not been updated in years.

By any luck we will have food. Some of which will include;

~ Cake

~Ect.

If you have any allergies, please inform us beforehand.

Activities

There will of course be a sort of ‘meet and greet’. Some members are making treats for the others. This is highly encouraged! At the beginning this will happen. Then we can make our way through the con. This is where the group can cling or split off. The vendors are pretty nice. I suggest bringing some extra money. I met one last year that gave out free candy, and the voice actress Tara Strong will be there.

At 3:00 we will hold judging for a cosplay contest. It will be nothing to competitive, but we will start featuring the winners on this page. I am debating kinds of prizes so if you have an idea let us know!

Then until 4:00, we’ll hang about. At 4:00 the group will be given the choice to go eat at a nearby restaurant within walking distance or find a nice place to take photos. We’ll go from there and finish our day with teary farewells.

Rules

Sorry Guys ,but it had to be done. It isn’t that we don’t trust you. These things just have to be done.

•  No buckets.
• You must find your own ride to the con, however if needed you can ride with someone to take photos.
• Cosplay is not necessarily, but wanted.
• Be on your best behavior !
• Have fun!
